Before you ask
How many people does the house sleep?
There are four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a half bath across 3,245 square feet. We are confirming the exact bed configuration and maximum occupancy — ask in your inquiry and we will give you the precise numbers rather than a guess.
What does it cost?
Rates depend on the season and the length of stay. Send us your dates and we will quote you properly, with the deposit and cancellation terms set out in writing.
Is the whole property ours?
Yes. The house and the 23 acres are yours for the stay. There are no neighbours in sight and the park forms three of the boundaries.
Can we bring a dog?
Please ask. There is wildlife on the land, including elk, so any pet policy comes with conditions. We will tell you exactly where we stand when you inquire.
Can we hold an event or a wedding here?
Tell us what you have in mind and how many people. Larger gatherings need separate agreement and we will be straight with you about what the property and the local rules allow.
Is there internet, and can I work from here?
There is a dedicated office with a door that closes. We are confirming current connection speeds — if a working week depends on it, say so in your inquiry and we will give you the real figures.
How remote is it, really?
The property is directly off Highway 101 with Crescent City about ten minutes away for groceries, restaurants, fuel and a hospital. It feels remote without being difficult.
